Sometimes life just doesn't go the way we want it to. It hands us a transition we weren't expecting, or we find that we're not able to be our best selves in our most important relationships. Therapy can help us to navigate change and grow towards being our best version of ourselves.

For many clients, nothing beats face to face meetings in a quiet, private, and confidential space. 

I currently have a plexiglas partition as a Covid precaution and am following local guidelines regarding masking requirements as they evolve.

I also offer walking sessions. Ritchie Mill is ideally situated on the edge of the river valley and close to beautiful walking trails. If it's more comfortable for you to talk while moving, or you just want to get some outside time, I love walking with clients!

 Covid-19 has taught me to be a virtual therapist as well. If you have a solid Internet connection and a private space in which to chat, you can have a session in the safety of your own home at a time that is convenient for you without having to commute. Research shows that virtual therapy is just as effective, so if this is the best fit for you, I am happy to accommodate.
